A 2 stage project on the northern side of Wellsford, Mason Contractors are currently undertaking stage 2 of developing the 80 Lot Subdivision.

Stage 1 works included;

• Earthworks - Stripping, cut to fill, lime drying, spreading and stabilising 

• Stormwater & Wastewater - pipework, manholes, cesspits, connections, rock spawls. 

• Water Mains - pipework, fire hydrants, valves

• Roading - kerbs & channels, chip seal & hotmix

• Concrete - Footpaths, driveways and vehicle crossings

• Retaining walls - keystone, masonry, concrete

• Fencing

• Power & Telephone ducts

• Signage
